Seller
Displace is developed and operated by Jeremías Salomón. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, tax, invoices, receipts, refunds, and order-support questions. For help with the app, licensing, or bug reports, contact support directly.
Free tier and Displace Pro
Displace is free to use, with limited features and no account required. Displace Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks the Pro features. One non-transferable license covers up to 5 Macs. If you activate a 6th Mac, the Mac least recently checked in is deactivated automatically. Please do not share your license; shared or abused licenses may be blocked. For more than 5 Macs, contact support. The license covers the current version of the app and its updates. A future major version may be offered as a separate paid upgrade.
Pro trial
When you first launch the app, a 14-day Pro trial starts automatically and unlocks all Pro features, with no email address or payment card required. The default is one trial per Mac. When the trial ends, the app keeps working on the free tier; Pro features turn off until you buy a license. You can open the app at any time to change settings, buy, activate, or contact support.
Refund policy
If the app is not working for you, request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] or through Paddle's order support from your receipt or paddle.net. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle. A refunded purchase removes the seats it provided, and the affected Macs stop being licensed the next time the app checks in. Refunds may be declined for fraud or abuse. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights you have under applicable law or Paddle's buyer terms.
Using Displace
The app requires the macOS Accessibility permission and may temporarily change your display arrangement while running.
Restrictions
You may not share your license key, resell or sublicense the app, redistribute it, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is. It is not guaranteed to work with every display, dock, peripheral, macOS version, or third-party utility. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Support
For app support, licensing help, or refunds, email [email protected]. For Paddle payment, receipt, tax, or order-support issues, use the links in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. The date above reflects the latest version.
